HR Manager

I joined Centrepoint in September 2021, having spent over 11 years working in Human Resources in the Finance Industry. I have also spent the last 2 years at another local charity in a support role, which has given me a real understanding of how rewarding working in the charity sector is, and how it benefits our community.

Working closely with the Senior Management Team, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR function, including overseeing recruitment and on-boarding, performance management, payroll, training, and development. I am passionate about working for a charity that focuses on supporting children and their families, and its values that it promotes across all areas of the organisation from the children to our employees.

I am an Associate of the CIPD, hold the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice and am currently studying CIPD Level 5 – Organisational Learning & Development.
